The core contract governing your business operations and
customer expectations.
Binding Agreement: By accessing this website and placing an order, the
customer (“You”) enters into a legally binding contract with Modern Blooms.
Mandatory 48-Hour Lead Time: * No Rush Service: Modern Blooms does not
offer same-day, next-day, or “rush” fulfillment. Every arrangement requires
a minimum 48-hour preparation period.
6:00 PM Cut-off Rule: Any order placed after 6:00 PM (PHT) is legally
deemed received on the following business day. Your 48-hour window
begins from that following business day.
Payment & Order Finality: * Payment-First Policy: We do not queue orders
for flower procurement or production until full payment is verified.
Proof of Payment: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to upload/send a
clear screenshot of the Cash, Maya, or Bank Transfer. Modern Blooms is
not liable for delayed delivery caused by a delay in payment verification.
No COD: We do not offer Cash on Delivery under any circumstances.
Artistic Substitution Policy (The Florist’s Discretion): * Nature of Product:
Flowers are living organisms; exact colors, stem counts, and bloom sizes
fluctuate daily based on climate and seasonality.
Substitution Rights: We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties,
greenery, or packaging materials with alternatives of equal or greater value
without prior notice.
Design Integrity: We guarantee to maintain the overall style, “spirit,” and
color palette of the arrangement. Substitutions do not constitute a “wrong
item” and are not grounds for a refund.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern
Blooms total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase
price paid. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or “emotional distress”
damages resulting from late or failed deliveries.
