REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This protects your revenue and materials cost.
Perishable Goods (Final Sale): Because our products are live, perishable,
and custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges,
or “change of mind” refunds once an order is placed.
Cancellation Terms: * Administrative Fee: Approved cancellations (requested
before preparation) are subject to a 30% restocking and administrative fee
to cover transaction costs and reserved inventory.
No Cancellation After Preparation: Once flowers have been cut, arranged, or
the bouquet is in transit, no cancellations or refunds are permitted for any
reason.
The 24-Hour Quality Guarantee: * Reporting Window: Any dissatisfaction
regarding freshness or condition must be reported within 24 hours of deliv-
ery.
Evidence Requirement: You must provide clear, high-resolution photo and
video evidence of the arrangement as received.
Resolution: If a defect is confirmed to be on our part, we will provide a
replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Claims submitted after 24
hours or without video proof will be automatically denied.
Care Responsibility: Once delivered, the recipient is responsible for proper
care (water, temperature, placement). Modern Blooms is not liable for
reduced flower life due to improper handling after delivery.
